What if I already have a website?
Send us the link. Your free plan will explain what’s worth keeping and what needs attention. A rebuild isn’t always the answer.
What does “two weeks” mean?
Your two-week build starts after we confirm receipt of your deposit, completed intake, final logo, required client-supplied imagery, and account access. We agree on a launch date before work begins. Google controls its own verification and review timing, so a profile may need additional time after your website is ready. Search rankings and inquiry volume aren’t guaranteed.
Will I need a monthly plan?
No care plan is required. The package includes your first year of hosting. After that, hosting with us is $19/month, or the optional Care Plan is $99/month including hosting, a monthly site check, a short report, and up to 30 minutes of text or supplied-image changes. Unused edit time doesn’t roll over. New pages, features, and larger changes are quoted separately. You can also move your site to another host. Domain renewals, email subscriptions, and other third-party fees are separate; we explain those in your plan.
What if I only have a Facebook page?
We can work with that. Your own website gives customers a clear place to see your services and contact you, alongside your social profiles. We’ll review what you already have and recommend the pieces that make sense for your business.
Do I need a logo?
Yes. You supply your finished logo before the build starts. We place it on your website and agreed profiles. We don’t design, redesign, refresh, or provide logos.
What about photos?
You supply all photos, graphics, and other imagery used on your website, with permission to use them. We don’t offer photography or create, source, or provide imagery. We place your supplied images; Main Street also includes basic cropping and color adjustments.
What isn’t included?
The packages cover the pages and setup listed above. E-commerce, customer accounts, booking or payment integrations, ongoing SEO, social media posting, and ad management aren’t included. Additional website work needs a separate written quote. Logo design is not offered. Domain fees, email subscriptions, paid tools, and ad spend are separate.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Your plan, quote, draft review, and launch can all happen by email. If you’d rather talk something through, we can arrange a call. It’s your choice.
